Please see the following update from St Helens Council.
Further to the previous email, please find below an update in relation to the forthcoming road closures:
A573 Parkside Road Closure:
The A573 Parkside Road, from its junction with A572 Southworth Road to the railway bridge, will be closed on the following dates with a diversion route in place:
- Monday 11th March – Friday 15th March.
- Monday 25th March – Tuesday 26th March – Revision to previous advertised dates
M6 Junction 22 Closure:
As a reminder the several road closures are to be in place for the M6 Junction 22 works, including all approaches and slip roads. The list of dates is shown on the project website with the first set of closures being:
- 16th March – 21:00hrs to 05:30hrs
- 17th March – 21:00hrs to 05:30hrs
- 23rd March – 21:00hrs to 05:30hrs
- 24th March – 21:00hrs to 05:30hrs
Please note: To aid with the works programme the A49 Winwick Link Road, from A49 Winwick Road roundabout to M6 J22, will be closed in both directions from 19:00hrs.
