At recent meetings where the above application has been discussed, parish councillors have promised residents that they would keep them informed of if and when this was to go to a Development Management Committee (DMC).
As per the enclosed communication from Warrington Borough Council, the DMC will go ahead on Monday 18th December at 18:00 at Warrington Town Hall. Full details are within the attachment.
Could I please suggest that, if any residents wish to speak for the allotted three minutes, could one person from the Abbey/Deacons Cl estate be nominated to do so, purely due to the limitation imposed on how many people may address the committee.
